Meet Chef Tamar
The chef behind TETTO, cooking for Miami again.
A Miami Beach story.
Tamar's story with food in Miami began at a café in Miami Beach, which she ran for years and where she learned how Miami likes to eat. She went on to train as a professional chef and founded TETTO, her own catering, events and workshops business, cooking for private celebrations, families and companies.
Now she's back in Miami with TETTO. Her cooking moves between Sicily, Morocco and America: seasonal produce, fish, slow-cooked meats and generous plates made for sharing.
The name
TETTO means "roof" in Italian.
Everything under one roof: a private chef dinner, a full event, a tray of food for the table, a cooking class, a room to gather in. One chef behind all of it.
